Lexington Partners Inc. | Corporate Identification Program

Lexington Partners is a global private equity sponsor whose predecessor was the Landmark Funds. After assuming the mantle of the business, the new management decided a new identity signifying a renewed rigor was in order. At the same time, we were charged that this new identity should maintain the sense of continuity and stewardship of the legacy of a successful enterprise. A new name, also starting with the letter "L" - Lexington Partners, was adopted. The name,		Lexington, harkens back to the first battle of the American Revolution - the Battle of Lexington at Massachusetts in 1775. Based on the Landmark Funds symbol of a schooner with a small masthead pennant, we developed a new symbol - a maroon pennant. It was added and flown on top of the name, giving the logotype a distinct flavor that is historical and American - the banner of a long and successful enterprise.
