In its quest to become a national concern, this regional voluntary
and assigned risk insurer sought a unified identity to tie all
its subsidiaries under the parent - Robert Plan.
Our solution was the development of a "monogram" identifier based
on the initials of the corporation:"R" and "P". The linking copy:
"A Robert Plan Company" reinforces the relationship between parent
and subsidiaries.

The corporate color, black, underscores the no-nonsence look we
sought to communicate. It also lends itself to be reproduction
and handling machines, thereby reducing document overhead cost-an
important factor of why Robert Plan is able to prosper in a regulated
environment where few other insurance companies find profit.
